Refund Policy

Free plan
UptimeWatchdog may offer a free plan or free access to selected features. Because no payment is collected for free access, refunds do not apply to free plan usage.
Paid subscriptions
When paid plans are available, subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You can cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a billing issue, or could not use the paid service because of a problem caused by UptimeWatchdog, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review eligible requests in good faith.
Non-refundable items
Refunds generally are not provided for partial billing periods, unused account time, failure to cancel before renewal, setup work, taxes, third-party fees, or downtime caused by third-party systems, customer configuration, monitored websites, networks, or providers outside our control.
Account cancellation
Canceling your account or subscription may remove access to paid features at the end of the current billing period unless the product states otherwise. You are responsible for exporting any information you need before cancellation or deletion.
Contact
Refund questions can be posted in the community support forum. Please include the email address on your account, charge date, and a brief description of the issue.
